  • Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Lux Event Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
  • Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit Lux Event and use the services.
  • Service: refers to the service provided by Lux Event as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
  • Website: Lux Event."’s" site, which can be accessed via this URL: Luxevent.org
  • You: a person or entity that is registered with Lux Event to use the Services.


Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Lux Event. We appreciate the fact that you like to use us as your party planner. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our tickets. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Lux Event. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Lux Event, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy. If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your ticket.


Refunds

- Chapter 5, Section 19 of the Norwegian Consumer Contracts Act delineates the limitations to the right of withdrawal. According to point b, “In the case of the distance selling other than telephone sales the right of withdrawal does not apply to individual services if the seller, at the time of entering into the contract, has committed to delivering the service at a specific time or within a specific period. “ Examples of such individual services include theater, cinema, concert and airline tickets. Customers must refer to the applicable cancellation policies in such cases. Please note that purchased tickets are non-refundable, even when Vipps, Google pay, and Apple pay is chosen as the payment method. In the event of cancellation, the ticket will be refunded in accordance with the organizer`s policies, but no later than 60 days after the event date. The service fee is non-refundable. -If you face any issues, please contact our Support Team immediately.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
